I have assembled a selection of what I feel is awesome gear and tools to help you enjoy the great outdoors. I found equipment for all levels of competency but I try to focus on survival as this interests me personally. I’m Chris and I have concluded that to lead the type of life I desire I need to go off-grid eventually. Life is just getting way too expensive in the cities, and I believe that the gear I offer along with low prices will be a beneficial situation for both me as the site owner and you – as the end user.

I had this site built because I always found looking for items I wanted took me to many different websites and stores. I wanted to make this experience easier by bringing most all you will need under one roof. I decided to call this ‘roof’ Roach Survival Gear. You may be thinking this may be unconventional for a company name, but what honestly can outlast a cockroach? Especially when they live in a fortified diamond as in my logo.

With my tools you can get a backpack ready for anything from a ‘camping’ trip right up to an end of days scenario. It never hurts to be prepared! I have tried to focus on compact items with multiple uses to preserve pack space for anything else you may need to load up. I will be adding more as time goes on – so please come do some window shopping from time to time. Who knows what you may find?

If you have made it this far I am proud to inform you that for the 1000 orders each person will receive a free patch as a thank you for helping to make my dream come true and get me off-grid faster than planned. Two types of patches will be available to choose from – one is an old school woven patch while the other is a new school laser printed patch. Both are great in my opinion, but of course I’m too objective in this matter! If you’d like to be immortalized on film please note the video must sound clear, be steady and free of objectionable content like swearing/nudity/etc. This is a family website after all so please keep it clean. All submitted videos become the property of Roach Survival Gear.  If your video is chosen to be put on the website you will get a 70% discount on your next order.

I apologize in advance but since the site is so new I ask that any submitted videos be in English for the first year.  I will have to review and approve them myself and only know english, but once Roach Survival Gear takes off as dreamed, I expect to have videos with the audio in the actors native tongue no matter what language it might be in.  if we can all dream real big!

Good old-fashioned written reviews are cool also. For the first 6 months I offer a 5% discount on your next order after submitting an acceptable written review. And please remember this is a family website.  Since text translators are common, I welcome everyone of all languages to give a review.
